Flannan Isles Lighthouse

The disappearance of Flannan Isles Lighthouse keepers took place in the year 1900. Flannan Isles Lighthouse has only been recently built and in December of 1900, 3 men were stationed to keep the light going - James Ducat, Thomas Marshall and Donald McArthur. All 3 men vanished, likely shortly after diner on the 15th of December. We try to figure what happened to them, could it have been an accident of is there an alternative explanation to this case?
